Here are some tips to live a healthier life this fall:

  1. If you plan to eat vegetables right away, buy them fresh. If you don’t plan to eat them until next week, buy frozen! Eating frozen produce is better than not eating it at all.
  2. When listening to music with headphones, make sure no one else can hear what you’re listening to. That means it’s too loud!
  3. Take a walk in nature. This causes your blood flow to the brain change to help you relax and think positively.
