Signs you may have obstructive sleep apnea:

  • Snoring, usually loud and bothersome to others
  • Gasping for air or choking sensations

  • Daytime sleepiness
  • Fatigue
  • Irritability
  • Poor memory or attention
  • Mood or personality changes
